Cancellation & Refund Policy

▪️If the guest cancels the reservation 2 days prior arrival or booking date 0% cancellation charges on booking value.

▪️Any Cancellations received within 1 day prior to the arrival date or booking date will incur 25% of the booing value.

▪️Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as No-Show and will incur total value (100%) of booking value.

▪️Approved Refund Will be processed within 10 to 15 working days.
